I hereby agree to participate in Saebo’s Content Creator Program (the “Program”) by submitting videos and related content (the “Content”) to Saebo, Inc. (“Saebo”).

In consideration of my participation in the Program, I agree to the following:

Grant of Rights: I grant Saebo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the Content for any purpose, including but not limited to internal use, advertising, and promotional materials.

Representation: I represent that I am the sole owner of the Content submitted, or I have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant Saebo the rights set forth in this agreement.

Release of Liability: I release and discharge Saebo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities whatsoever arising out of or related to the use of the Content, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saebo from any losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to any breach of this agreement or any claim that the Content infringes upon the rights of any third party.

Voluntary Participation: I acknowledge that my participation in the Program and submission of Content is voluntary and that I have read and understood the terms of this agreement before submitting any Content.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

I have read this waiver and release of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
