This fully adjustable stroke recovery device offers numerous shoulder and elbow strengthening drills. It has a 7" ball at one end and a 12.5" ring at the other end.
This fully adjustable device can be used to specifically target and strengthen muscles. The ball portion assists with strengthening the shoulder while the ring portion assists with maximizing elbow strength. The H.A.T. can be used in combination with our other exercise equipment to further challenge individuals.
