I can’t go to therapy right now; what can I do at home to continue my recovery? Be safe. Stay home. But stay active and continue your recovery with these free home exercise guides. You can also follow us on Facebook to access live and recorded exercise videos, recovery tips and important information from our clinical team.
How do I know which exercises are best for me? We’ll soon be launching live Facebook events to answer all of your questions and to provide you with useful suggestions for continuing your recovery at home.
If I feel isolated at home, how can I connect with other patients? Join our Stroke Survivor Support Group on Facebook! You are not alone – we’ll all get through this together.
